By booking a room or service at Hotel Rudra Inn, Sanganer, Jaipur, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

  • Hotel Rudra Inn is a private hospitality property located in Sanganer, Jaipur.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation in case of policy violations.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in and check-out timings are as per booking confirmation.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.

3. Room Occupancy

  • All rooms are double-bed rooms.
  • Maximum occupancy is limited to the booked room category.
  • Extra guests may attract additional charges.

4. Couple Friendly Policy

  • The hotel is couple friendly.
  • Both guests must carry valid photo ID.
  • Acceptance of local ID is subject to hotel discretion.
  • Illegal activities or misuse of the room are strictly prohibited.

5. 3-Hour Day Stay / Couple Slot Booking

  • Day stay bookings are valid only for the selected time slot.
  • Early arrival or late departure may result in additional charges.
  • Slot bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

6. Payment Policy

  • Payments must be made in advance or at check-in, as applicable.
  • Accepted modes include cash, UPI, and online transfer.
  • Room rates may change during peak demand without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation may be allowed if informed in advance.
  • Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

8. Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on booking type and cancellation timing.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Gateway fees or service charges are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for early check-out, partial stays, or policy violations.

9. Modification Policy

  • Booking modifications are subject to availability.
  • Requests must be made in advance.
  • The hotel reserves the right to accept or reject modifications.

10. Damage & Loss

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to hotel property.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

11. Guest Conduct

  • Disturbance, nuisance, or illegal behavior is not permitted.
  • The hotel may evict guests without refund in case of misconduct.

12. Hygiene & Safety

  • The hotel maintains strict hygiene standards.
  • Guests are requested to follow safety and cleanliness guidelines.

13. Management Rights

  • The hotel may modify policies without prior notice.
  • Bookings may be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.

14. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
